Qualifications

• Customer service experience across consumer-facing settings is preferred.
• Must be able to travel between different storage locations using own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits; assist with payment reminders and collections as needed.
