Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Field Staff Training Specialist to join the North American Disaster Relief team in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will implement, facilitate, and manage live field training events and work with Field Team members to design instructor-led training.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of content design and delivery experience, plus advanced presentation and facilitation skills and familiarity with LMS tools. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in content design and delivery industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, general writing skills, and curriculum development theory.
• Application of customer relations skills.
• Thorough knowledge of content delivery techniques.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or similar software systems.
• Knowledge of table top exercises and assessment tools.
• Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
