Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, is seeking a Squad Business Partner to build and deliver training for field-based Customer Engagement teams. You will align home office and squads, ensuring consistent messaging and effective execution of company strategy.

Responsibilities include onboarding, curriculum development, facilitation at national and regional events, and cross-functional partnerships to translate complex science into actionable learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with facilitation experience.
• 3+ years of leading remote teams and coordinating cross-functional learning projects.
• 5+ years delivering highly technical/scientific data to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM instructional design models.
• Excellent presentation and virtual/in-person facilitation skills for national meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for Customer Engagement hires.
• Develop training modules on product launches and regulatory updates.
• Facilitate national events, regional squad meetings, and director-level sessions.
• Create and implement compliant certification strategies for field roles.
• Conduct field visits and provide coaching to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with SME teams to translate science into learning tools.
• Leverage LMS and analytics to measure training impact.
