Ethos Laboratories is seeking a dependable Specimen Collector to join our Rogers, AR team. The role involves collecting urine, oral fluid, and blood samples in physician offices and clinics, following Ethos procedures to maintain specimen integrity.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strict HIPAA compliance, with remote supervision and coordination with regional managers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow protocols.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient specimens including urine and oral fluid per Ethos procedures.
• Perform venipuncture for blood samples when required and assigned.
• Follow patient ID and specimen collection protocols to ensure accuracy.
• Label and package specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Enter patient information into LIS/EMR as needed and coordinate with clinic staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with HIPAA and safety policies.
• Assist with requisition completion and documentation as required.
• Represent Ethos professionally when interacting with patients and clinicians.
