Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP) required.
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in safe work practices and start work checks.
  • Immediate reporting and documentation of incidents and spills.
  • Maintain and properly use PPE.
  • Collaborate with team leaders at shift start and end.
  • Perform equipment surveillance and provide first-level response.
  • Operate equipment and manage process controls and flow.
  • Ensure accurate production reporting using ODR and SAP.
  • Support regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
