Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Field Specialist to provide on-site technical support for Specialty Chemicals customers. The role involves monitoring treatment programs, performing field tests, maintaining equipment, and managing inventories while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Applicants should have 2–5+ years in field operations and familiarity with water treatment, refinery processes, or oilfield chemistry.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of field operations experience in specialty chemicals, water treatment, or oil/gas.
• Knowledge of industrial water treatment or refinery processes.
• Experience troubleshooting pumps, injection systems, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chemical treatment applications and operating parameters.
• Conduct field sampling, product performance testing, and data collection.
• Troubleshoot chemical injection and application equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment.
• Manage chemical inventories, ordering, and material handling.
• Prepare service reports and communicate findings to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop customer relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in technical training and competency development programs.
