Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking a Field Specialist to manage post-installation service calls, repairs, and material logistics for roofing, siding, windows, and decking. You will coordinate service requests, assess on-site issues, and ensure quality workmanship.

You will pick up and deliver materials, remove debris, document service details, and communicate clearly with homeowners about scope, timelines, and costs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or related field.
• Familiarity with roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decking and doors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and delivery vehicles safely.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Communicate appointment details and schedule changes with homeowners.
• Assess on-site issues and determine the best course of action for resolution.
• Material management: pick up and deliver materials for service jobs.
• Remove excess materials and debris from service sites.
• Perform small to midsize repairs involving roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors and decking.

Role Description and Expectations

• Service Coordination
• Review and prioritize service calls using appropriate CRM/Project Management
• Communicate appointment details and schedule changes with homeowners as needed
• Assess on-site issues and determine the best course of action for resolution

• Pick up and deliver materials required for service jobs efficiently
