G&W Equipment, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a driven Product Support Sales Representative to grow the business by selling service and parts agreements to current and new customers.

You will establish, maintain, and service accounts, and develop aggressive prospecting strategies to uncover sales opportunities. The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills.
• General understanding of the CRM system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers.
• Experience cold calling and building relationships by phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and service accounts by building rapport and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and implement aggressive prospecting strategies to uncover sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with a group of different industries including traditional and nontraditional customers.
• Create strategic sales presentations and business plans based on customer needs and the G&W Equipment portfolio of services.
• Maintain regular contact onsite and via telephone with current, previous, and potential customers.
