Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs needs analyses for Comcast and customers and proposes strategic, cost-effective solutions.
• Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
• Supports Sales with product modifications and engineering input for custom projects.
• Assists representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products.
• Creates, reviews and executes product test plans; documents test progress and results.
• Recommends products to meet customer needs.
• Exhibits independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain regular attendance; available for nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
