Responsibilities

• Performs needs analyses for customers and produces strategic, cost‑effective solutions.
• Provides timely, technical support and resolves field service questions.
• Supports Sales with product modifications and engineering input for custom projects.
• Assists reps and customers in evaluating products; in-office Mon–Thu in the local territory.
• Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and documents progress and results.
• Recommends products to meet customer needs.
