goTenna is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge government test organizations, partners, and internal teams. You will own technical planning and integration coordination across event cycles, ensuring readiness with CX teams for on-site support and successful execution.

You will travel significantly for planning meetings, range surveys, readiness reviews, and test events, working with Product, Engineering, PMO, and CX to resolve technical issues and plan upcoming deployments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in tactical communications, systems integration, solutions engineering, or technical planning for military/government contexts.
• Able to turn mission requirements into documented architectures, interfaces, configurations, and validation plans.
• Practical understanding of RF propagation, mesh networks, relay siting, spectrum deconfliction, IP networking, routing, and transport options (MANET, SATCOM).
• Experience with ATAK/TAK and integrating data into a common operating picture; coordinate hardware, software, and network interfaces across vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical coordination as goTenna’s technical point of contact for customers and partners (government, industry planners, range personnel, vendors).
• Translate event needs into platform quantities, operating areas, tracking update rates, network capacity, and common operating picture needs.
• Plan communications and relay architectures: network diagrams, siting concepts, routing/backhaul approaches, spectrum coordination.
• Coordinate tracker and platform integration: mounting, power, configuration, environmental needs for air, ground, and maritime platforms.
• Define data interfaces and handoffs: tracker-to-gateway data flows, data formats, access, and responsibilities.
