Job summary

goTenna Inc. in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Experience Team, delivering on-site and virtual training, installations, and technical service for our Pro product line to public safety, military, and government customers.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, support demos and RFPs, and help shape the voice of the customer through VOC programs, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in public safety or military settings.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Experienced with CRM systems and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Public Safety, Military, and other Pro customers.
• Monitor and answer support requests relating to all Pro line products.
• Document current use cases, issues, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports to leadership on product and customer performance to aid roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Virtual and Onsite training and equipment installations with customers.
• Support technical presales activities such as on-site or virtual demos.
• Support business development activities such as RFPs, demos, and trade shows.
• Stay up to speed on latest technological advancements and customer criteria.
