goTenna is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to support Public Safety and military customers, delivering on-site and virtual technical services for our Pro product line. You will train customers, install equipment, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs.

Expect up to 50% travel, engaging with federal agencies and international partners, and shaping future product enhancements through VOC programs and field feedback.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in public safety or military tech environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift 30 lbs.
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools such as Salesforce or Jira.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and virtual technical support and training.
• Install equipment and conduct product demonstrations and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer needs.
• Produce regular reports to leadership on product and customer performance.
