Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. in Mississippi is seeking a field support technician responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and training customers on the NRT solution.

You will develop customer relationships and work with regional teams. The role requires at least an associate degree, 2 years in PC hardware/software and networking, strong Windows OS and Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• At least 2 years of experience in PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Windows OS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer systems and procedures to assist with the installation of equipment.
• Provide support on NRT equipment and services via phone, email, or in person.
• Interact with all levels of management and departments both internal and external.
• Conduct on-site and remote training of both technical and sales aspects of the products and services.
• Represent NRT’s image and brand professionally at all times with customers and partners.
• Extensive travel – up to 75%.
