You will assist customers by implementing and adapting the latest communications and signal processing solutions, both in-house and on-site at client facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and meet security clearance eligibility.
• Strong problem-solving and CS fundamentals.
• Experience with device interfaces and networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation and upgrades.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams.
• Document service activities and customer feedback.
• Support technical training and onboarding.
