Job summary

KEYENCE Corporation is seeking an entry-level Field Application Engineer to join our team. This field-based role involves extensive travel (60–100%) and on-site work with customers and sales teams across multiple U.S. locations.

You may be titled Application Engineer, Vision Consulting Engineer, or Integration Support Engineer depending on the product line. The position offers world-class training, hands-on mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience) required.
• Willingness to travel 60–100% and work on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer challenges through configurations of KEYENCE products.
• Install and program products using tools and programming languages.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Travel extensively across the assigned region to deliver hands-on solutions.
• Create detailed proposal reports to aid the sales team.
• Work in manufacturing floors and labs with lifting up to 85 lbs and occasional off-hours support.
