Semper Solaris is seeking an energetic Solar Field Sales Manager to join our growth-focused team. You will ride with reps, train, mentor, and close your own leads while helping expand the sales force across our expanding home-improvement initiatives.

With a strong base salary of $65K–$80K and uncapped commissions, earnings can realistically reach $200K–$300K+ annually. If you are a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Five years of in-person solar sales experience.
• At least one year of solar sales management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and roofs.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of solar products, services, and market trends.
• Experience with roofing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily ride along with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills.
• Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates.
• Close your own leads to drive personal and team success.
• Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team.
• Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive.
