Mondelez International is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand across Wilmington, DE. You will deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers, execute shelf sets, capture display photos, and maintain brand standards on a daily basis.

You will build relationships with store personnel, support seasonal launches, and implement promotional displays per RTM plans. The role requires physical activity, independent work, and regular Salesforce reporting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Driver’s license with personal vehicle insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional >50 lbs moves.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Wilmington, DE; Sunday, Monday, and Thursday availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company; provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising standards and capture display photos per DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the team.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant while lifting, bending, and moving product.
