Mondelēz International is seeking part-time merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across designated stores in the Dowingtown area. You’ll engage with store personnel, ensure brand standards, and use digital merchandising tools to document displays.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, executing promotional plans, and rotating products with energy and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience and knowledge of shelf stocking.
• Strong customer service mindset for in-store interactions.
• Comfort with mobile tools and scheduling apps.
• Clear communication with store teams and managers.
• Flexible, proactive approach to seasonal priorities.
• Physical ability to lift/move products as required.
• Efficient time management for multi-store visits.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising plans and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves and rotate products to brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Schedule visits and communicate insights to RTM.
• Assist with seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Follow safety protocols while moving products.
