Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring beloved brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and properly placed.

You’ll drive sales by maintaining relationships with store personnel and executing RTM plans. You’ll use iPad and Salesforce to place orders, capture display photos, and follow schedules set by the RTM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Own a vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and frequently bend, stand, and move.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Must live within 25–35 miles of Gloucester, VA.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan alignment with stores.
• Follow daily RTM-based schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
