The position involves frequent travel, ability to read and implement project specifications, and effective communication with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise field teams in environmental projects.
• Ensure safe, compliant field operations and reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule and issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field activities of employees and subs.
• Onsite point of contact for project manager regarding progress and safety.
• Review activities for compliance with plans, SOPs, and health/safety requirements.
• Maintain project schedules by planning daily work and coordinating resources.
• Submit accurate field reports: labor, equipment, production, safety.
• Track time and verify quantities; support cost control and invoicing.
• Enforce safety practices and lead tailgate safety meetings.
• Address routine and escalated field issues with PM or Safety Director.
• Represent KEMRON professionally at project sites.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
