Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations on client project sites across the United States. The first project is in northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, drawings conformance, and client relations for assigned projects. Work is performed under limited supervision on basic to highly complex projects, with potential support to other superintendents on larger scopes and subs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (CM/Engineering or related) with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings intent.
• Maintain schedule adherence; report delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily/Quality Inspection Reports for review.
• Take progress photos and organize them as record documents.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure latest design drawings are used on site.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Support key trades/subcontractors for project needs.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with PM.
• Communicate clearly with management and clients on project issues.
• Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith requirements.
• Adhere to CDM Smith Quality Policy.
