The permanent, full-time role focuses on leading installation, assembly, commissioning, and qualification support of pharmaceutical process systems and GMP equipment. You will act as the owner's representative at customer sites, coordinating employees, subcontractors, vendors, and international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field installation teams in industrial settings.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate multiple contractors and activities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of field issues and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Lead onsite employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage site safety, quality, schedule, and materials.
• Review drawings, specs, and installation documents.
• Troubleshoot technical and scheduling issues.
• Coordinate equipment receipt, inspection, and turnover.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on technical work when needed.
• Support customer training and project turnover.
