PrePass is seeking a Field Site Hardware Technician in Missouri to troubleshoot, install, configure, maintain and repair electronic computing and communication equipment at client sites. You will work in time-sensitive situations and may guide less experienced staff.

The Field Site Hardware Technician at PrePass is a highly skilled professional responsible for utilizing advanced electronics knowledge to handle a variety of technical assignments. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing electronic computing and communication equipment. Technicians operate independently on critical, time-sensitive assignments and may guide less experienced staff. They frequently serve as part of a quick-response customer support team, resolving complex work orders to ensure timely and effective solutions.
