Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is hiring a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site field operations at client project sites across the United States. You will oversee safety, quality control, scheduling, drawings and contracts, and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, site documentation, progress tracking, and collaboration with Project Managers. Travel is 100% and work is in the field on large-scale heavy industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline with relevant supervision experience.
• Associate degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related discipline with relevant supervision experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with substantial construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule and escalate delays to management.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quality inspection reports for project records.
• Take progress photographs and organize documentation.
