Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations at client project sites across the United States. You will oversee safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, and customer relations, representing the company on site.

Work is performed with minimal supervision on moderately to highly complex projects. Travel is 100% to field locations nationwide.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant construction experience with field supervision.
3+ years in Construction Management/Supervision with a related degree.
OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings compliance.
Ensures all work adheres to the project schedule and escalates delays as needed.
Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with project leadership.
Takes progress photographs and labels each image for records.
Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
Ensures use of latest design drawing revisions on site.
May support the Project Construction Manager as needed.
Prepares contract extras and progress payments with client approval.
