Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record; pass MVR check.
• Minimum age 21; ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow daily schedules and routes while communicating professionally with passengers and staff.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle upkeep; willing to perform routine cleaning/inspections.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company shuttle van on scheduled routes between Milford office and field locations, ensuring on-time performance.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance/cleaning as needed.
• Pick up/deliver lunches, supplies, and other items; assist with general site logistics and equipment movement.
• Adhere to safety policies and driving/DOT regulations; report incidents and maintain logs as required.
