Fervo Energy is hiring a dependable Shuttle Driver & Site Operations Associate at our Milford, Utah location. You will shuttle employees and visitors, inspect and maintain vehicles, and support day‑to‑day site logistics while staying safety‑driven and professional.

The role requires punctuality, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment. Daytime hours with some flexibility for site needs are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record; pass MVR check.
• Minimum age 21 and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company shuttle van on scheduled routes between Milford office and field locations.
• Perform routine pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintain logs.
• Clean and detail vehicles; coordinate drop‑offs and pickups for maintenance and fueling.
• Assist with site logistics tasks, deliveries, and general office/site operations.
• Adhere to safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
