Fervo Energy is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver & Site Operations Associate at our Milford, Utah location to safely shuttle employees, contractors, and visitors between offices and field sites. The role extends beyond driving to vehicle readiness, maintenance, and light site tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-minded, and capable of performing multiple responsibilities while coordinating with teams across the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record; MVR check required.
• Minimum age 21 and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to follow schedules and communicate professionally with passengers and staff.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and willingness to perform inspections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle van on scheduled routes between Milford office and field locations.
• Safely transport employees, contractors, and visitors; adjust timing as needed.
• Maintain an on-time shuttle schedule and communicate delays clearly.
• Perform routine vehicle readiness, inspections, cleaning, and maintenance drop-offs.
• Support general site operations such as errands, deliveries, and logistics.
