Job summary

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee the scheduling and supervision of shop and field service technicians.

The role includes coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and warranty work while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and solid knowledge of construction and forestry equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with employees and customers.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of construction/forestry equipment and their operation.
• Good diagnostic skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office; mobile devices.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and communicate work to shop and field techs and customers.
• Create work orders for shop and field tasks.
• Be available for after-hours support as needed.
• Direct quality inspections after repairs are completed.
• Follow SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
