Job summary

ARM CAMCO is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, clean, and refurbish electrical and mechanical equipment in shop and field projects. Responsibilities include reading schematics, performing testing, and documenting results while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires travel to field projects, strong tool skills, and the ability to interpret specifications. A high school diploma and basic computer/ERP experience are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivated self-starter who is interested in learning new skills.
• Good mathematical skills with the ability to analyze data and confirm product quality.
• Great organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel, within a specific region (50%). Occasionally, some overnight travel will be required.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read & interpret specifications and electrical wiring diagram/schematics.
• Experience with basic computer programs (Word, Excel) and/or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, modify, refurbish or repair per specific instructions.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics.
• Follow safety rules (OSHA, MSHA, CAMCO, customer).
• Complete workscope using technical expertise.
• Document test results and enter project data in ERP.
