Job summary

DOC SERVICES is seeking an Electromechanical Field Service Technician to service and repair a range of equipment at customer sites.

You will work independently from a home base, travel to stores for preventive and reactive maintenance, read schematics, and document work using handheld devices while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of repair experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment.
• Respond to service calls and document work via handheld device.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Travel to customer locations and manage parts on-site.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with DSM for escalations.
