A Day in the Life:

As a Field Services Technician, you will install and service cutting-edge technology, providing expert-level support. You can maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to offer peace of mind.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our team includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in training and support, welcoming experienced technicians, sales professionals seeking a change, or motivated, coachable individuals.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Sales experience (car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
  • Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar)
  • Clean driving record and valid license
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical Demands:

  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Climb ladders up to 14 feet
  • Work in attics and tight spaces
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

We prioritize safety; technicians will conduct safety analyses of each home to ensure a safe environment for all.
