Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment, TPMS, product specs, seasonality, POS systems, and selling techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and engage with associates. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment and supplies, operate cash registers, maintain inventory and safety standards, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete assigned tasks while collaborating with teams and managing priorities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional premiums possible based on work circumstances.
