Job summary

Vantage Point is looking for a Field Service Technician in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In this role, you will install, activate, and troubleshoot residential and commercial internet services. You will be responsible for providing reliable connectivity and ensuring a positive installation experience while traveling extensively to various service locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in customer homes and business environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate residential and commercial internet, voice, and video services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues within residential and commercial environments.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
