Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician in Columbus, OH to travel to customer sites and service Ricoh printers and copiers. This hands-on role requires problem-solving, independence, and excellent customer service.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, document work accurately, and travel within the Columbus area. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

We are looking for a Field Services Technician in Columbus, OH!

• $27.00 per hour!
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Full-time | Monday - Friday | 40 hours a week.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the move instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We're looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team and support customers throughout the local area.

In this role, you'll travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
