Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician to support customers across Dimondale, MI and surrounding areas. This full-time role requires hands-on work, travel to client sites, and independent problem-solving to repair and maintain Ricoh printers and copiers.

You'll diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and install equipment while delivering professional service and thorough on-site documentation. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Qualifications

• Field service or equipment repair experience.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Experience with Ricoh printers/copiers is a plus.

• Full-time | Monday - Friday | 40 hours a week.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the move instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We're looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team and support customers throughout the local area.

In this role, you'll travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
