ECS Group is seeking a Field Services Team Leader to join our Greensboro team. You will lead a group of field technicians performing construction materials testing, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery of services.

You will coordinate scheduling, staffing, training, and quality control while supporting project delivery and financial performance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and field testing proficiency to uphold ECS Core Values.

Formación

• Four years of related experience or more.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications as per policy.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of construction materials testing technicians.
• Manage day-to-day field operations including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are staffed with trained and qualified technicians.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and proper PPE usage.
• Manage field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Communicate daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Support recruiting and staffing to maintain team levels.
• Review field reports for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Support project managers and leadership with project execution.
• Participate in project meetings and client interactions.
• Support business development and client relationships.
