The candidate will lead field operations, ensure trained personnel, and maintain equipment/calibration. Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of testing standards are essential to succeed at ECS.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and ECS policy prerequisites.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS work.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials testing principles.

Aufgaben

• Leads and supervises a team of construction materials testing technicians.
• Manages day-to-day field operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensures projects are staffed with trained, qualified technicians.
• Promotes and enforces safety policies and proper PPE use.
• Manages field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Communicates daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Supports recruiting and staffing to maintain team levels.
• Reviews field reports for quality and timeliness.
• Performs field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Supports project managers and leadership with project execution.
• Participates in project meetings and client interactions.
• Supports business development and client relationships.
