ECS Group of Companies in Greensboro is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead field operations for construction materials testing, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

You will manage Team Leaders and field staff, coordinate with Project Managers, support business development, and monitor financial performance while upholding ECS Core Values.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of field services or construction materials testing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications per ECS Technician Certification Policy must be maintained.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of field operations, staffing, and project coordination.
• Valid driver's license if driving for or on behalf of ECS subsidiary.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, supervises, and mentors Team Leaders and field staff.
• Oversees day-to-day field services operations and staffing.
• Ensures proper scheduling and execution of field operations.
• Manages workforce planning and recruitment needs.
• Oversees scheduling operations and fulfillment of project requests.
• Promotes safety policies and a strong safety culture.
• Oversees equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Reviews field reports and provides senior-level deliverable reviews.
