GardaWorld is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Richmond, VA to lead daily security operations, supervise on-site teams, and maintain strong client relationships. You will travel locally to client sites, ensure safety and compliance, and support staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.

The role demands a US work authorization, a high school diploma, and at least one year of management experience, with flexibility for nights and weekends and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, acting as the main point of contact.
• Meet regularly with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers to ensure compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
