Qualifications

• 4-6 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees personnel in Meter Reading, Field Services and Investigations Sections; develops procedures, standards, and training.
• Develops and implements plans to organize meter reading routes and cycles; ensures timely data retrieval and staffing alignment.
• Effectively resolves customer escalations related to fraud, tampering, billing errors, rates and delinquencies.
• Manages section budget and prepares management reports on performance and variances.
• Participates in Company emergency response activities as assigned.
