Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large industrial construction projects in Texas, including Odessa or Houston assignments. You will plan, organize, direct, and control project execution to meet cost, quality, safety, and schedule targets.

Key duties include coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors; managing project teams; and maintaining rigorous cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years managing large industrial construction projects (oil & gas preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Estimating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project, completed in a timely manner.
• Review project proposal and pertinent documents with project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Promote and enforce safety as a priority in project management.
• Monitor project costs vs budgets through regular reports.
• Lead project staff and coordinate with departments on budget estimating and procurement.
