The role demands 5–10 years in complex gas/oil sector projects, strong cost control, scheduling, and communication skills to deliver projects on time and within budget. On-site roles in Odessa or Houston with safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years' experience managing large Industrial mechanical/piping/structural or civil construction projects, with oil & gas exposure preferred.
• Strong project controls skills including cost forecasting, progress tracking and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for profitable, safe projects completed on time.
• Review proposals and documents with project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Manage project staff including superintendents and support teams.
• Ensure project costs align with budgets via regular reports and forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
