Job summary

MCIM is seeking an experienced operations specialist to leverage our platform to deliver critical operations consulting services to existing and new MCIM customers. You will become fluent in the MCIM mobile platform, including the Field Services app, and provide asset audits, operating script development, industry best practices, and SME insights to drive field-level execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical, mechanical, facilities, construction, industrial, military, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Data management and inventory of critical infrastructure within customers' data centers, telecom centers, and real estate facilities.
• Develop, review, and coordinate critical environment operating procedures and scripts for infrastructure operations.
• Review CMMS maintenance compliance and work coordination; assist in establishing maintenance schedules and asset grouping.
