GardaWorld Security in Washington, DC is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead field support teams and oversee branch vehicle operations. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service while building strong client relationships.

You will supervise Field Support Service staff and assist with events staffing and new business start-ups, reporting to the Branch Manager. Must pass extensive screening and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (3) years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Support Service employees (Field Supervisors, Dispatchers, Schedulers).
• Manage branch vehicle fleet operations and maintenance.
• Assist Client Services Managers with special events coordination and staffing.
• Assist with new business start-ups.
• Assist with special projects, as needed, under the direction of the Branch Manager.
