IDR, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Manager to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, Tennessee.

The role oversees technical field service operations, managing project deployments, coordinating field teams, and ensuring installation and maintenance of systems at client sites. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in field services or technology installations, plus strong project management and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field services, field engineering, or technology installations.
• Experience managing technology deployments, repairs, and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of field technology, networking, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems.
• Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, or field resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate field technicians, engineers, contractors, and vendors during installation and service projects.
• Conduct or support site surveys and assess technical requirements for new installations and upgrades.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
• Oversee installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities in the field.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related field activities and customer communication.
