• Leads, supervises, and mentors Team Leaders and field staff.
• Oversees day-to-day field operations and staffing.
• Ensures proper staffing, scheduling, and execution of field work.

• Oversees scheduling operations and project requests.
• Promotes and enforces safety policies and culture.
• Oversees equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Reviews field reports and provides senior-level reviews.
