Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related field services experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Solid understanding of construction materials testing and field operations.
• Ability to evaluate testing methods and ensure specification compliance.
• Strong operational and organizational management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and MS Office software.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Understanding of company systems and operational workflows.
• If driving for ECS, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor field staff and team leaders.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and staffing.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Manage workforce planning and recruitment needs.
• Oversee scheduling and fulfill project requests.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and inventory of equipment.
• Review field reports and provide senior-level review of deliverables.
• Support project execution, issue resolution, and technical challenges.
• Prepare proposals and support project management activities as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and department leadership.
• Attend project meetings and support client interactions.
• Drive business development, marketing, and client relationships.
• Monitor department financial performance.
