You will supervise field service staff, drive productivity, safety, and service quality, monitor metrics, and implement best practices while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, or schedules field service staff activities.
• Directs achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitors workflow metrics and takes corrective action as needed.
• Balances staff across projects for fluctuating requirements.
• Ensures procedures are observed, enforced, and training provided when needed.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of customer and inventory transactions.
• Safeguards inventory assets and maintains high transaction integrity.
• Maintains positive employee relations while enforcing discipline.
• Travels to customer sites for equipment start-up, training, service issues, and troubleshooting.
• Develops best practices and tools to improve operational efficiency.
